    me too my friend, me too....am in airport waiting to go to GB meeting - not sure am up for it but need to be there. staying with the adam's family - just wish the pain would go away for just one fucking minute!

    hope you find nourishment and encouragment with the adam gals...

    i'm sticking plaster my day with the first listen in a very long time to a true soft rock classic album - 1987's Hysteria.

    so glad i'm in therapy. when your day improves cause you get to hear def leppard - something's very very wrong... but god these lyrics are genius.

    but hey, i'll take all the help i can get to make it through the day.
