i'm in a weird and messy headspace so until such time as i can get my thoughts into something vaguely resembling coherency, check this out: as seen on the daily show a while back, a rather excited jonny mcewan has now passed on the trailer for the soon to be released left behind: eternal forces
i suspect a new loaded-with-more-irony-than-we-know-what-to-do-with community pastime is about to be unleashed...
one man's faith is another man's lucrative niche marketing opportunity. praise jeebus.
edited to add:
oh, it just keeps getting better... Team Fury and friends, this is for you:
dance praise

scary shit! do we read the same gospels? why is it i want to puke?
ReplyDeleteBlessed are the.... for they will....
sobering...
sweet lawd! irwin NEEDS a dance praise mat! our saturday nights will be forever changed...
ReplyDeleteas i noted in an email to jonny earlier, i am shocked to discover from that trailer that the ANTICHRIST IS COMING! on my 33rd birthday.
ReplyDeleteso the question of the day is:
does this mean i get to go "i know kung fu" messianic on someone's ass (all offers gratitudinally received), or merely embark on a righteous but inevitably fatal evangelical mission?
answers on a postcard...

So its good to see you back on the blog.
ReplyDeleteI'm kinda nervous that Jonny is about to have a new expression for his somewhat addictive nature.
What do you think?
hey HH, :0)
ReplyDeletei'd say it's almost a certainty. i'm putting money on this becoming the new poker. i've never played a computer game in my life, or at least not since PacMan, but i'm thinking even i would like at least one try at this if only to see if shouting bible verses loudly while blasting away the unrighteous will add to the experience. rumour has it that you score higher points if you convert rather than kill. personally i find that only mildly comforting.
good to be back, currently drafting post 2 of the day, in which much has been happening.
