okay, this kind of caught us unawares. i've been waiting for a while now to be able to send you in the direction of The Lake Effect - my brother's first radio show, focussing on the Toronto music scene, which is being played on RTE's alternative digital station, 2XM.

ewan sent me an email from work telling me to switch on 2XM and despite the show getting no mention anywhere in the schedule, there he was: on the air. and what a great show. some seriously great tunage. congratulations bro. lovely lovely stuff.
so now the plan is that he'll be uploading the show when he gets home from work tonight on his own show site and setting the whole thing into some kind of multi-media motion. and i'll be asking for your help in sending smoke signals, tweets, shout outs, mails and links and blinks as far and wide and deep into the internet as you can to let people know it's available.
in the meantime, bookmark this site if the sound cloud (mixed by him) whets your appetite and more details on how to access the show each week via twitter, facebook and (possibly at some point:) podcasts and all other forms of newfangled technology will follow later...
